This is a mixed billing practice. We bulk bill all children under the age of 15 and all DVA patients.

- Albury: Mon to Fri 8AM to 8PM, Sat 9AM to 4.30PM, Closed - Sundays & PH
- Culcairn: Tue, Wed, Fri 9AM - 5PM, Closed - All other days
- PPCC Wodonga: Mon to Fri 8.30AM - 8PM, Sat & PH 9AM - 4.30PM, Closed - Sundays

Getting the Result of
any Test or Precedure
Our staff member will contact you to make an appointment with one of our doctors if your results need further discussion. You do not need to make an appointment to discuss routine results unless contacted or you need further clarification. These results can be given to you over the phone if indicated.

Your Doctor
You can contact the doctor during normal opening hours. Ph +61 2 6080 8442. If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advice you when it is likely that the doctor may return your call.
Home Visits
Home visits are available to palliative care patients and nursing home patients of the practice or by arrangement with your doctor for patients whose condition prevents them from attending the clinic.
After Hours
Arrangement
Sarkon team is committed to be available for our patients 24/7. One of our senior doctors is available on the phone for medical advice after the close of business hours everyday, including weekends and public holidays. To contact them, please call 02 6080 8442. However, if it is a medical emergency, please call 000 immediately.
Reminder System
We have a convenient SMS system in place that will enable us to send you reminders of appointments and results that need to be discussed with your doctor and also health services appropriate to your care such as cervical screening or a health assessment. If you do not wish to be part of this reminder system please let us know.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of the practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that the information is only available to authorized members of staff only. We abide by the National Privacy Principles at www.privacy.gov.au/index.html

For patients who do not speak English or who are more proficient in another language, a free interpreting service is available on request prior to your appointment.
